Welcome to SELFX (A Product of SIRIXO Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd.). These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of SelfX's software, hardware, and associated services. By accessing this platform, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Note that our legal entity is important. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SelfX Point of Sale (POS) software, Self-Ordering Kiosks, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), or any related services provided by SelfX, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page, do not continue to use SelfX.

Note to International Users

If you are accessing SelfX from outside the United States or the European Union, local laws may apply. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local trade and business regulations.

Definitions

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions:

"Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person or entity registering to use SelfX software.
"The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to SelfX.
"Hardware" refers to physical Kiosks, POS Terminals, and Printers sold by us.
"SaaS" refers to the Software as a Service provided via the cloud.

Usage Rules

You must use our systems in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

Prohibited Activities

Reverse engineering the POS software.
Installing third-party firmware on rented Kiosk hardware without written permission.
Processing illegal or high-risk transactions through our payment gateway API.

Subscriptions & Billing

SelfX software operates on a subscription model. Billing occurs automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. Failure to process payment may result in an automated suspension of cloud syncing capabilities, although local POS operations will remain functional in "Offline Mode" for 72 hours.

Important Billing Notice

Hardware purchases are non-refundable after 30 days. Software subscription cancellations must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle to prevent being charged for the following month.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SelfX, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Data Export

Upon termination, you will have a 30-day grace period to export your menu data, customer lists, and transaction history before permanent deletion.
